The investment objective of the Caldwell International Advantage, Ltd. is to generate long-term capital growth through both traditional and non-traditional investments and strategies. Wherever a functional advantage exists, the Fund will seek to capitalize on it.
The fund has no geographic, industry sector or market capitalization restrictions. The fund is currently subject to the following restrictions:
- The Fund will not purchase securities other than through normal market facilities unless the purchase price thereof approximates or is less than the prevailing market price or is negotiated or established on an arm's length basis by the Investment Manager.
- The Fund will not purchase any security which may, by its terms, require the Investment manager of the Fund to make a contribution in addition to the payment of the purchase price, provided that this restriction shall not apply to the purchase of securities which are paid for in installments which are fixed at the time the first installment is made.
- Minimum subscription is USD$500,000
